how do i tune magnavox tv without the remote...the tv has 2 menu buttons..one menu button has arrow up on the top and cc on the bottom..the other has arrow down on the top and sleep on the bottom..when i press them it just keeps taking me to the cc and sleep screen.i cant get to the menu screen to tune my tv.what should i do?
Answer:
Sounds like you have a commercial tv aka one that was sold to a hotel or restaurant. Sounds like the tv is in guest mode aka no programming can be done. If this is the case you will need a green master "setup" remote to program it. Hope this helps.
