I tried to do the 'My listings' for the TV channels and it didn't work.?

What do I need to do to save my channel selections permanently on the TV Guide?

Need more info. Are we talking Guide Plus, or what? Do you have cable, satellite, terrestrial broadcast? What kind of TV? Need a little more help, please.
