My tv is blurry how do i fix it? dont want to get a repair guy?

broke from ps2 and wii and camera to a tv when i watch tv its really blurry and have to change to split screen to get a high quitly pic and a ugly one big tv 50 inch from sony the old ones

If it is a rear projection TV, you can replace the lamp and you can also recalibrate the R/G/B focus using the TV's setup.
