The PS3 is connected to my LCD TV with an HDMI. Then, the nouns goes trough the optical cable between PS3 and ampli.
Playing everything works fine, audio and video, but watching DVDs, a short time ago no audio at all.
In the PS3 menu I changed output -> optical.
Can someone minister to me?
I have the european book, I'm not in USA, but here nobody could find the problem, Sony too.

Answers: It does happen to me several times. Make sure you put the right setting in the PS3, on the nouns setting click optical not hdmi
