The t.v. is 12 years old. I hold direct t.v. and the guide and menu are coming up but no picture. I have 2 other t.v.' s surrounded by the house and they are working fine.
Answers: The problem is most likely within the sat . addressee. If the TV displays the guide and menu ,Then it capable of displaying a picture if the signal is at hand. . You could take the coax from one of the TV that hold a picture and connect it to the one that doesn't ,that way you know you enjoy a good signal source. consequently if no Pic . the problem is the TV ,If you have a pic. consequently its the receiver.
