Which tv is better and more worth it to buy?

ok so my choices are a 32 inch vizio which is the cheapest, a 3 inch olevia 537, or a REFURBISHED 32 inch toshiba 32HL66. they are all HDTV's. i wan to know if toshiba will really be THAT much better, even if refurbished. The toshiba only has an 800:1 contrast ratio, but the vizio has a 1200:1 and the olevia has a 1600:1. please help me decide
