Thanks for looking. I am having problems with my Toshiba 36" T.V. Whenever Im watching it after around 30 min. to an hour it turns off by itself and then a red light starts blinking. I can turn it back on unless I unplug it and plug it back in. Does anyone know how to repair this or know what might be wrong? Thanks in advance.
Answer:
Your power supply regulator is not regulating the voltage and shuts down/locks you out. That's why you have to Unplug it.
Those regulator circuits in the Toshiba TVs are pretty tough to repair, even for a seasoned TECH.so I suspect it's better to let a TECH do it...
Unless you want to REBUILD the Regulation Circuit.that's a whole bunch of Parts.and a whole bunch of Part Money..
