If it's a plasma TV, it's probably time to go get the plasma changed out in it. You have to do that from time to time. Especially with the older ones.

The brand and type would help. If it is a projection there is a focus control to focus your picture.
Post the brand and model number and someone will be able to help you.

it's probably the wires because once my friend helped me fixed my TV by adding this wire to it. but I'm not quite sure what kind of wire it is. but it made the tv soo good and very clear!
the wires are the ones that you dun need and it's still sticking out. but ask some pro to help you out first.
its a problem in the picture tube... we have to degauss it. u can solve it .its very small
