I got a vcr tosiba w522 cg how can i program with out a manual?

If you have a remote for your TV that you can put codes in to run other devices, like a VCR, you might be able to put one of these number codes I found for Toshiba VCRs :
# 0045 ; # 0043 ; # 0845 ; & # 1145
I hope this works. If your TV remote won't do this, you can get a Universal remote for no too much to put your TV & VCR into, provided you have the book that came with the TV with the codes for the TV in it.
