Answers: The December Consumer Reports a moment ago reviewed a number of TVs. Get a professional opinion-don't stir by "my cousin Charlie has one and he loves it" type answers here. See the association below which addresses warranty and post warranty support. To summarize it-name brands dutiful, non-name brands poor to non-existent.

You did not give much to choose from... Many of the models you hold chosen are made by Funai so there is not much difference. I would hold to say my personal choice within this set is the Sony Bravia. or the Samsung DLP - I do Samsung service and they do provide excellent support for their product.
If I were to choose a LCD it would any be a Sharp or a Toshiba.
If it was a plasma it would be a Panasonic or a Pioneer.
If you do draw from a Plasma do get the extended warranty - An average pepair is over $500
