My tv is panasonic and the brand flash on the tv screen and sounds muted, how can i fix that one?

It sounds like your TV's demonstration mode is activated, most of these demo modes can be De-activated in the Customer Menu...
If you cannot find it, try calling Panasonic's Customer Assistance line. Look it up in your TV manual...
