I have digital TV receiving Freeview. I cannot receive ITV1 and Channel 4. Auto-tune does not work. Help?

Free view only works well in certain parts of the uk! so its worth checking that the area you live in can receive all the channels. Failing that check the aerial you are using is strong enough, the free view box has a booster in it and the two work together! Hope this helps.
dont bother buying another box, youll find other channels missing.
