Is within a approach to upconvert SD satellite signal such as 480i to 1080i in need subscribing to in that hd service?

any components that can be added to upconvert a 480i satellite signal would be great, but do they exhist?


Answers:    Every HDTV has such an upconverter built into it. Almost every PC to be exact set up with a TV tuner does it also.

This doesn't increase the resolution of the untested 408i signal; the upconverter just interpolates the missing information to impart you a fuzzy 1080i image.

It is without a solution to actually increase the resolution of the 480i signal.
