Will a small flat blind TV work next to an antenna (I don't own cable and my antediluvian TV works near an antenna)?

I am concerned that if I buy a small flat screen TV, I will own to buy cable. My old TV works near an antenna since I don't have cable TV.

Answers:    To variety sure your new TV works next to an antenna after the digital switchover be sure to look for the following:

Includes ATSC tuner if sold for the United States

Includes DVB tuner or Freeview if sold for the United Kingdom

Without the proper tuner you will need:

A converter box for the United States

A Freeview box for the United Kingdom
It will work basically fine.
