50' samsung tv...have a problem?

we just bought our tv pay for in october of 2007... and we see that it had black spots on the picture and over time it more and more started to appear on the peak...so we called a tv repair company and they told us that it be dust...but we dont understand why it would start this agency when taken out of the box and then we are told its dust...we never hear of dust being a problem for a tv similar to this sticking to the inside of the screen...should we embezzle it back since its still lower than warranty?

Answers:    yes, take it wager on, that's what the warranty is for
is it projection, lcd or plasma? if you have dots apearing later its either an lcd or a projection. if an lcd have dots apearing then its the led's burning out, if its a projection afterwards it probably is dust on the inside of the screen, if you enjoy a projection then i dont ponder it wil lbe covered under warrenty however if its an lcd after the burn outs should be covered with no question asked
