Help... Magnets?
Answers: The technique for removing results like that is to say called degaussing and it involves putting a strong compelling field across the surface of the eyeshade. Many TVs have a coil close to this built in that degausses the set automatically when you turn it on, but surrounded by your case, you may necessitate an external degaussing coil. They are available at places that sell TV repair equipment.
The cheapest channel to try and fix this would be to take the set into a repair ship and ask them to try degaussing it for you. Depending on the magnet your brother used, the destroy could be permanent but you'll enjoy to try fixing it to find out.
Once you get your TV fixed, receive a roll of duct tape. Tape your brother to a bench on the other side of the room. Or better yet, the subterranean vault. That should stop it from happening again. At least possible until he gets loose.
No. The pixels are fused. Sorry.
Over several times of turning the TV on and rotten, it will eventually go away. (Don't do it several times contained by just a few minutes, but turning it bad every half hour and pay for on will help.)
If it still doesn't turn away after a few days, take it to a TV shop and ask them to run a degaussing coil across it. (You can buy one for yourself if you know where on earth and they cost about $50.)
The shop really shouldn't charge you anything, but if they do, no more than $10. If they do, after they're rip-offs and don't ever deserve any future business at adjectives.
Fused pixels? Please! It would have to be one fantastic magnet to affect an LCD panel.

The answers that talk of degaussing are correct. You don't hold to unplug the TV like the previous answerer said (and frequent people don't enjoy their TVs plugged into outlets switched at the wall anway). Just shutting the TV off for an hour or two will grounds the auto-degauss to run the next time it's turned on if the TV have it. In severe cases though, that may not be enough. It is possible to do permanent defacement.
