Regular non-cable channels aren't working on my new plasma. Help?

I have a new 42 inch plasma but it can't receive free-to-air channels like Channel 7, 10 and ABC. I've tried doing what the instruction booklet says but nothing works. Does anyone have a solution?

Answer:
Sorry, not enough info to properly help you. I'd have to see how you have it connected. You must have an antenna hooked up to the TV's proper input. Then you run the auto channel program feature. The TV will then scan for available channels and store them into memory. When it's done, you just press channel up and down to see what's been stored. If the TV has two antenna inputs, like mine, you'll have to select which input you want to watch. It will usually say antenna A or B.
