Answer:
There is a number on the owner's manual. Call it and ask for an authorized service center (ASC) near you.
the problem with plasma's are they are to expense to fix its probably going to cost you just as much to get it fixed as it cost you in the first place
i sell televisions and i shattered the screen on one it cost $2,300 to get fixed my advise is next time buy an LCD if you want a flat panel TV
Well FIRST..check and MAKE SURE your component cables are properly seated/connected on both ends..I have been seeing the Component connectors "walk out" and it can cause loss of the Red signal in your case here..
However, if it is the Plasma at fault, you will see a change in the MENU's color.bring it up and see if that's also bad.
Next, these problems can be fixed, and I suggest you carefully lay it down on a couple of QUILTS and take it to a nearby authorized repair station for your brand of TV.Lay it down with the glass pointed up.
I doubt you can SAFELY transport it Standing up IF you don't have the original box it came in.
Laying it down has never caused any problems..just don't pretend to be "off-roading" on the way to the Shop...
