I've lost the remote to my frail Sansui TV, how can I conveyance the input (IE Video 1 and Video 2) in need it?

I want to be able to use my TV near my DVD player and game console, but in need the remote I don't seem to know how to change the input. It's not below subway 2, and there is no button on the TV to swap inputs. I'd fairly not buy a universal remote...is at hand a way to switch short one?


Answers:    This works on some t.v's, try pushing the two volume buttons on the tv at the same time. If it works it will bring up the menu, afterwards you can change the input.
can you hit the button on the tv up or down
on the TV here buttons
press AV/TV button it will work
or you can change your decoder strip to tv mode
Today's cheap replacement remotes, have input screening and even menu and sleep, all the features you requirement. they are cheap too. I just get a 2 pack from wal mart and it was 19.00. they work great on everything. Im so smiling because I dropped a old curtus mathus one within my jacuzzi, and they wanted 80 bux for a foreign one, wadda bing wadda boom, this universal did the trick! LIFE IS GOOD!
You should know how to just use the vessel buttons on the TV itself. Go lower than 1 and it should go to video 1 or 2 ect. If this doesn't work in that should be a menu button on there too. You use the subway buttons and volume buttons to move the cursor once you get into the menu. Good luck.
