BT Vision or Top Up Tv Anytime?

Which one of these is best? or are they both just a pile of cack?

Top up tv for freeview at £7.99? Wouldnt bother with it, had it for a while but as you only get a certain amount of streaming per day I felt it wasnt worth it, very frustrating if you are watching a film on TCM and it cuts out 15 mins from the end!
Top Up TV is an expensive p of c, jury is still out on the BT offering.
