Answers: That is the type of info that most manufacturer wont give out readily, the crucial players in panel production are Samsung or Philips/LG .
Recently I quoted a 34cm LCD ($380 hot ) the panel alone cost $820 from the spare parts supplier .......go numeral !
I wouldn't bother trying to substitute panels .......they are adjectives expensive.

If your trying to replace a eyeshade, its not worth it because they are almost just as much as a up to date tv.
The only course I know of is to get the Service Manual of the TV, find the factor number in the Service Manual afterwards type that part number contained by a search engine and see what happen.
Most walmart junk are Samsungs and Sharps.
