How well do they know Samsung DLP TVs?

Since you're obviously not going to get an answer to this, I thought I would give you some help. Please contact 1-800-SAMSUNG (1-800-726-7864) and our service representative will assist you in finding the nearest service center.

In other words, they can direct you to the nearest authorized service center (ASC). ASCs get factory training and support. I would not recommend taking your set to anyone else.

If you don't need service and just want some tech info, don't call the ASC, call Samsung. ASCs make their money by fixing stuff, not offering product help.
