The left side and the right side of the television set change colors depending on what color is showing on that part of the screen.for example if something red is showing then it will change to yellow on the sides and if something blue is showing it will change to a pinkish red. Also it seems the whole set tilts slightly. My TV set does not have a degauss feature. Does anybody know what is wrong with it and or how to fix it?? Thank you so much!!

You can use a soldering iron as a degausser. Plug the soldering iron in and rotate it in front of the screen it will get rid of the discoloration. If you don't have a soldering iron you can buy deguassers at radio shack.
Every CRT TV has a Degauss circuit built inside.
Your finding out that its not working. Something is wrong in that circuit.
Take it to a local TV Repair shop and get it repaired.
Usually its a thermistor,broken joints, and sometimes a Degauss coil. or others
