My brand spanking new hd TV beside recently installed digital cable have no picture.The eyeshade is only red. I enjoy audio.HELP



Answers:    Is it red, for ALL inputs (composite, component, HDMI)?
If yes, then the TV panel have major issues.

If it is red on a hard to please input, it can be a source issue, a cable issue, or a TV input issue.
Try different cables and rather different sources to identify where the problem is.

For example, if you use component, it is highly easy to return with just red if one of the 3 cable is not good.
own it checked by the appliance center you bought it from. i think the warranty applies
