When will Samsung come out with a 42" or 46" 1080p DLP Rear Projection HDTV?

Answer:
It is unlikely that they will come out with one at least in the next few years becuase they are pushing 1080p in that size range mainly in their LCD lineup. Projection tvs in that size range are usually considered "value sets" with a 720p image resolution and a low price to allow a larger segment of the population to get an hdtv and then get their foot in the door so that when they upgrade its easier to sell them a higher priced 1080p set.
trust me you dont want it.

Terrible company.

Since I own and Run a tv repair shop I get to tell you what brand is terrible. And that is samsung.

Also have a few friends who work with samsung tech support and both sears tech support. They have more samsungs coming in for warranty repair then any other brands.
I don't think Samsung ever will come in the 42" & 46" sizes.
well at lease you are on the right track, because Samsung has the best DLPTV's of them all, I own one myself HLS-5688
