Does anyone know how to get rid of the preset volume control on the Sharp Aquos 42"? The volume simply, currently, has 3 settings, 0-30-60. There's also a green K on the blind. I have done some investigating online and it appears the tv is contained by "sevice" mode, whatever that money. Does anybody know how to fix it?
