Is it worth buying a warrantee on my unmarked tv's?

We went to comet yesterday and enquire to the purchase of two tv's ,1 for the children (19in combi dvd system) at lb290 and the other for us (32in sharp lcd ) lb499. The salesman has offered us a combined warrantee at lb200 over 3 three years. Is it worth taking the warrantee on any system

Answers:    no way your batty never ever pay for a warrentee. adjectives they offer is what you are lawfully entitled to in the public sale of goods work http://www.dti.gov.uk/consumers/buying-s...
you have a maximum of 6 years that you can claim on inconsistent goods. know your law when purchasing & keep the reciept.

If you want more cover your better rotten claiming under your house contents insurance.

Your doing yourself out of lb200 already by going to commet, you dont want to generate it lb400
Buy it from John Lewis. They give you extended warantees as standard!!

If not check out your credit card company, some submit 3 year warantees on any electrical product you buy on them!!
