What happens if i put a memory stick into an hd tv set with a slot for it ?

Answer:
Well, if you have JPGs on it , the pictures will appear on your TV, and if these pictures are buried in SUB-Folders they won't appear, as most TVs will look for JPGs in the Root drive of the memory stick.

If you have updates for your TV on it, you plug in the memory stick, then turn on your TV and it looks for the program and does the upgrade..

So remember, if you want your Pictures to appear, do not place them in Sub-Folders.
You will watch the contents of the card...unless they are docs, then nothing will happend
