How is a flat peak TV characteristic different than a regular eyeshade TV?

No one can answer this question, as written. What do you indicate by "flat screen?" CRT flat blind? LCD? Plasma? DLP? Or . . . .?
No matter what type TV you get hold of, the pic can be no better than the signal input! If you are really interested, and not just bored, you inevitability to rethink your question and try re-posting.

Generaly, a TV with a flat peak is meant to suffer smaller quantity glare than traditional TVs.
Plasma and LCD TVs are classed as flat panel (Flat Screen TV).
