I want to move my tv but i dont have plenty outlets so can i plug it into this extension cord (power strip) that i have. Its one where on earth u push that button down and all the electronics shut bad.....
would this be dangerous within ANy way could it bring a fire?
Answers: Most 'power strip' outlets that come equipted with a power switch ARE competent of handling the power needs of most TVs --- so, you should be immaculately fine in going forward near this plan of action !
Do not, however, even consider plugging your TV into a lighter determine -- common household extension cord -- for they are simply NOT unhealthy duty enough to be safe and sound in the use as power sources for television !!
I do that and everything runs great. I wouldn't worry much roughly speaking it though, if your house has an outlet problem, of late do it life will a short time ago be easier if u do. :)
