How do I clean the mirrors on a 1995 Hitachi Rear Projection TV. I can not see how to access them?

The set needs to be disassembled. There is a box (called a light box) inside the set that contains the picture tubes and other electrical parts. The mirrors should be right above that box. May not be easy to get at. I would have a tv tech look at it as they can give the tv a thorough cleaning and check the convergence while they are looking at the set. If the picture is blurry or doubled it may be more than just a cleaning that is needed.
