Does Comcast charge a monthly access charge for each additional outlet that is installed in your house.?

There is a one time installation charge to install each outlet, about $13.95, But I am getting conflicting answers as to whether Comcast charges a "monthly" access charge for each outlet you have just to watch tv.

Answer:
If you just want basic analog on them, then there's no fee. Channels 2-98 will appear on every outlet connected automatically, no extra charge. If you want digital or equipment like a dvr or hd box on those outlets, then you're paying for the equipment and service to the equipment.

So... analog=no charge, digital=charge
Comcast pricing policies may vary by market.

I am not charged extra for outlets. If I needed a cable converter box, there would be an additional monthly charge for each box I required.
i would say no if you mean basic cable ( no box hooked up to it/ just the TV).once we install the TV you are done..now if you are getting a box on the set then yes.. each outlet with a box is charged accordingly.digital/hd/ dvr then the prices vary...
