My tv have a unusual rumpus surrounded by the backgroun adjectives the time?

I am assuming the noise is coming from the backside of the TV & not the speakers.
If it is a buzzing type noise the power supply part may be in involve of servicing.
Some older type Panasonic TVs develop an annoying clang in the CRT yoke.
If it is a big pitched ( annoying ) whistle it is probably a coil or transformer whistling.
Don't despair, as adjectives of the above problems can be rectified by a qualified tech short resorting to major component replacement ( hopefully )
