LCD TV Problems..?

It seems that after some use the picture seem to jump or skip for just about 10 seconds. Almost approaching watching an online video with a fruitless connection, the nouns is fine just the picture jump...

Any ideas?

Answers:    Which TV?
What type of signal, connected to which input?
Does it also crop up using a different signal source?
Does the video signal go straight from the source to the TV or through an AV beneficiary first and then the TV?
After the ten second of jumping is it okay or does it verbs to happen? etc etc
I would a moment ago take it put money on to the store before the warranty runs out buddy. Let the store where on earth u bought it from figure it out.
