Will a TV which has a resolution of 1366 x 768, be able to display content in 1080i?

I'm getting a PS3 on the UK release date, and want to make the most out of it's HD features (Blu-ray, Downloadable content, Games), whilst keeping within a reasonable budget. I found a TV which is within my price range, which has a resolution of 1366 x 768. Will it be able to output HD Videos/ Games at 1080i?

Many Thanks.

Answer:
The PS3 is compatible with any HD TV..

Your best picture will be the 768 resolution...that's all you can expect from your TV.

As for the PS3, yes it will output 1080, then your TV will downconvert it to 768.
u need to check that the tv has hdmi connector
