Anyone have a schematic for a chassis number ctc-117c/120c?

my tv had a bad keypad so i took it off and i need the schematic, so i can build another one on a perfboard i think i spelled it right...lol

That's a terribly old set. Any schematics that are still around for that chassis are going to be worn out. Frankly, I'm surprised that old dinosaur is still working.
