Earlier the tv was working fine, I go to the restroom, came out, and it said poor signal on every gully. That was in the region of 2pm. Its now 8pm and the signal is fine, but adjectives the channels read aloud Scramble Channel. What is going on here?

Unplug your Satellite box for 5 minutes...then consent to the satellite box reload it's software...
Sounds like you have some serious storms move into your area, OR you may hold BEES nesting in your Satellite's LNB Bonnet....
Are you using Direct TV?!?
Or DISH Network?!?
I own a Similare but Different problem with my DISH.
Only, it would NOT come surrounded by, for hours!! Just Flicker in & out!!
I found that my Antenna that Connects Directly contained by Between the Dish, and the SW21 Switches was cause the Problem.
Once I got rid of the Antenna, everything worked Great!!
You might want to Check the Signal Strength.
You might Also move the Dish, until the Signal Maxes out!! :)
