CTV = Color TV
CRT =Cathode Ray Tube
LCD = Liquid Crystal Display/diode

Color TV is, now, an antique term.
CRT refers to the big monitor like TVs.
LCD are the Flat Small TVs.

You also have HDTV =High Definition TV in the LCD range.

CTV isn't a television acronym, it sounds more like a television network.

A CRT means "cathode ray tube" these usually refer to currtent/older style TVs. Mostly TV/Computer monitors that have fat back ends, and the traditional round glass over the screen.

LCD is "liquid crystal display" this is what is usually refered to as "flat-panel" monitors. There is no protective glass over these.
CTV - Colour TeleVision
CRT - Cathode Ray Tube ( the Picture tube in a TV)
LCD - Liquid Crystal Display, Technology in Viewing has been well developed much. This latest LCD technique is used to display the picture instead of using a regular Cathode Ray Tube.. make TV more flat, slim and with a better quality picture.
