BUSH TV model 2063NTX ?

Can anyone help me with my bush tv? I have lost the user manual, and each time when I search and find a channel by remote control I don't know how to store it, as it gets lost when I change the channel !!?

you have to " store " all the channels. this function can be found in the menu , installation
