Is Westinghouse a good brand for a television? We have lost 3 tube tvs in the past 4 years and are looking to switch to LCD or something. I found a Westinghouse LCD for a good price. Any suggestions on where to shop or what brand is best? Thanks!

Westinghouse TV's are made by a Chinese vendor. Another company owns the rights to use the name Westinghouse, and slaps them on these Chinese TV's. What do you think?
all Tv's are trial and error everyone likes a different brand a very expensive can break as easy as a cheaper version.
IMO, I have seen alot of Westinghouse LCDs, to me the picture is aweful when using HDMI, and HD programs.
I suggest getting name brand.

Their bigger screens are good, but the smaller ones have pretty crappy speakers.
