Is anyone else having problems with H H Gregg's tv repair?

OH CRAP! Is that what's happening to HH Gregg's service now??
Geeeeze.we used to do those repairs, but GE wanted a cheaper repair shop.so they contracted with TOPPS..
Well, we'll see them when the contract with TOPPS finally expires.Then they'll find another Cheap contractor again...
COMPLAIN to the CONTRACT company FIRST, then pitch a fuss with HH Gregg's management, that may start some REDIRECTION of the contract company they choose..
Yeah.it's not HH Gregg...they just sold the TV to you..
It's GE's choice of using TOPPS as the repair company.
I'm very sorry to here of the delay in repairing your television. This is out of the norm for turn around time and may be due to parts delay from the mfg. Please contact me and I will see what I can do to expedite your repair.
