Sagem tv 42 in?
i have tryed to order a replacement but they keep sending me te wrong one, the model number is HDD45G4T . can anyone help please as cant tune it in without one, thank you

You've just graduated from the School of Hard Knocks. "The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price has been forgotten". If you would have purchased a Sony, you wouldn't be having this problem. Brands like Sagem, Vizio, Akai, etc have very poor factory support. Even a universal remote isn't likely to help. Might as well buy a new TV... one that is well established and has parts and service support, like Sony, Panasonic, JVC, Pioneer, etc.
