Dead pixels will stay constant and not change colors at adjectives. Dead pixels do not move either.
One piece to warn you is that most companies do not enjoy zero motionless pixel policy. Most companies consider 5-10 dead pixels inside spec and not covered under warranty.
I would telephone the manufacturer and see if you can troubleshoot the issue. If it is a TV issue, after I would exchange it at the store. The manufacturer will in recent times send a tech out to fix it. A different TV is much better than a repaired TV.
Call the MFGR, now. they will help out way more than anyone here ever could. that's more than feasible a warranty issue, and if you are polite and use your manners you may get a unmarked TV out of it.

If it is a line running fully top to bottom it is more than a deceased pixel problem & will be a warranty issue.....call the manufacturer service & have your date of purchase documents organized.
