Why is their a different ruling that we adjectives hold to own foreign digital TVs by 2009?

I need to know for a science project! Thanks for adjectives your help!

Answers:    It's NOT a LAW....it's a MANDATE...

The FCC have MANDATED that TV stations will turn off the OLD Analog transmitters on Feb 17, 2009 and no longer transmit near that equipment....

Those frequencies will then be sold to the uppermost bidder. You can BET the cell phone companies will snatch them up....

This is what you do for your Science project....You get relations to act approaching the TV stations, and the TV frequencies, and Uncle Sam, and the Cell Phone companies....and don't forget to throw in a few midgets to represent the Smaller interests close to airports and marine radio....

The TV frequency individual should be a GOOD LOOKING Girl ....And the Cell Phone companys should dress like SNIDELY WHIPLASH....and the TV station GUY should dress close to INSPECTOR HENDERSON (since his girl/daughter is being kidnap by Snidely)

Or maybe UNCLE SAM should be SNIDELY....he's the one making it HAPPEN....

Anyways, you enjoy them wear what they are....TV station owners, Uncle SAM, TV frequencies (cute girl !) and the EVIL Cell phone company....(HEY Uncle SAM can be the SIDEKICK guy for the EVIL GUY !!)

And then you ACT it OUT.....

You'll at least possible win MOST ORIGINAL Science project.....

Handle bar moustaches for EVERYONE!! Mou ha ha....Moo Hoo ha haaaaa!

Now steal a look at how PACKED our frequencies are, make a giant POSTER of it ...color code adjectives the midgets and cell phone actors next to their signs....

And turn it into a musical number....

The law states that adjectives electrical viewing appliances must start receiving solely HD signals starting January. This is because HD signals are far more environmentally safe and theres a unsullied satellite system that will run on the old signal that will be used for auto-communication
