I will be in Europe (France) next fall and will want to be able to connect my laptop to the televisions there (i assume they are PAL video format) so I can watch my videos on my laptop. I am not aware of the connections that those tvs use, so I was wondering if I could use a cable such as (PRESS PLAY):

Most TVs in Europe have SCART connectors.
So, you will need a VGA to SCART cable
