My Samsung 46" LCD HDTV's picture isn't fit to size, HELP!?

hi, my lcd tv isn't fitting the program on any channel whether hd or not to the actual programming peak size. it's cutting out the top division and bottom part of the picture somewhat bit. i use the P. Size option on my remote to step to the 4:3 and 16:9 and wide fit and scan fit, but none of them fix the problem. what are the other option to solve this problem? thanks so much contained by advance adjectives...

Answers:    TVs have picture modes where on earth they stretch the picture or cut parts of it off to overrun the screen. You want to shut these bad so that the picture will not be distorted or cut-off. Exacttly what this is called on your TV, I don't know. On my TV, it's call normal. When surrounded by this mode, standard definition TV will be displayed with black bar on either side. Some may even be shown next to additional bar above and below, if they appear in notification box, on standard definition sets.
