TV interference?

I get interference from the outlet that my TV is plugged into, if i plug it into another its fine , is there a filter for the outlet with this interference, and what could be causing this trouble?

Answer:
It may be another appliance plugged in on the same circuit - something with a motor perhaps.

Try eliminating the other things on that circuit.
Shut off the pwer to that part of the house and take the outlet out im willing to bet it is a loose ground or common wire(white wire)
