Teletext in the U.S. - who provides teletext?

I got sick of school closures for every few snowflakes or a bit stronger winds.
It would have been nice Comcast, my cable TV provider, to provide teletext and school closure information with it.
Does anyone what cable provider provides teletext?

Answer:
Teletext is not available in the US. Most TV's in the US do not support teletext although many still do support closed captioning text in addition to the standard closed captioning but in broadcasts the closed captioning VBI lines used for CCText pages haven't been used in well over a decade. It is a shame that the US had never utilized data in the vertical blanking interval (VBI) better like they have in Europe. Data can be provided to "interactive" virtual channels on digital cable boxes. You should try suggesting to Comcast that they put school closing information on one of them. Somehow I feel your suggestion will fall upon deaf ears with a mega-corporation like Comcast behind the wheel.
