I get Sky TV only just,since later when I switch my tv on the blind go green for 30 mins.Any thoughts?

A shot within the dark. Try reinserting the scart cable at the put a bet on of the Sky box and your TV.
I hope this works.
Call Sky tech support and get them rear out to look at it.
