I have an old TV. It was working fine. This morning when it was on, I tried to clean its screen with spray and it suddenly switched off. Now It doesn't switch on. I can hear its power on/off sound, but no other sound and no picture. I will appreciate any help/tip to fix this problem.

I doubt the cleaning fluid got onto the board to cause this..
You said it yourself..It's an OLD TV.
I'll bet the horizontal output transistor finally died. That and maybe the HV cap has changed value over time..
Anticipate about $30 in parts and whatever labor the TV repair company charges...
